JunoThese awesome trees looked like giraffes to me. It was fun to imagine for a while they were long limbed creatures walking graceful past me. Such beauty and joy in the forest.
It only takes a few minutes of forest bathing for the stress of the world to be released and a new sense of calm and peacefulness to arise. Forests are essential for our physical survival and they are also a crucial ingredient for our psychological wellbeing too.
